• PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ETHICS - C. W. Clark, P.E., Director of Compliance & Enforcement – Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
  
  Mr. Clark will discuss the Board’s recent efforts to improve their processes and their “Journey to Excellence”.  He will also discuss the latest statute and rule changes affecting the professional engineering community, such as petroleum reserves, architecture/engineer overlap, and windstorm certification updates.  CW will also present some scenarios that can result in enforcement actions by the Board related to engineering ethics and practice.  (An ethics presentation is required by all Texas PE’s … meet your requirements this April!)
